A bold dance-theatre that features Amina Khayyam collaborating European mime movements with Kathak's intricate and detailed theatrical gestures of abhinaya (technique of communication), A THOUSAND FACES subverts imagery of Bollywood beauty and Hollywood glamour to explore perceptions that women become objects for indiscriminate abuse and violence attacks because of their gender.

Tickets:  £10,   £5 concessions  (Brunel students and staff, over 65's and under 18's)

Professional Concert: Fallen Angel: New Works for Electric Viola

Nic Pendelbury (Smith Quartet/Head of Strings at Trinity College London) will premiere a new set of pieces written especially for him and his new instrument.  

The programme will include works by Dominic Murcott, John Marc Gowans, Gabrield Prokofiev and Brunel University London's Arts and Humanities Music department lecturer Colin Riley in a theatrical multi media setting.  The performance will also involve a specially-created film projection.

Supported by the PRS Music Foundation.
