All banqueting menus are accompanied by a selection of wholemeal, poppy knot, petits pains and crusty rolls with butter.

- Slow roast loin of pork, dusted with paprika and diced tomatoes with a Calvados cream, accompanied by roast chateau potatoes and seasonal vegetables

- Cream of wild mushroom soup with walnut bread
- Traditional strip loin of beef and Yorkshire pudding, served with a rich beef gravy & horseradish cream, accompanied by roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Warm lattice apple pie served with custard

Banqueting Menu 4
- Poached cold Scottish salmon delice, dressed with lime and dill mayonnaise on a watercress and radish salad
- Braised lamb shank slow roasted in Beaujolais served with a crusted dumpling, accompanied by fondant potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Brandy basket with orange sorbet, surrounded by oranges in a saffron jelly

- Chicken liver and cranberry parfait, with onion marmalade and crusty bread
- Poached salmon on a bed of Chinese leaves and beurre blanc, accompanied by new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
