Researcher Development Programme
The Researcher Development Programme is provided exclusively for doctoral students and contract research staff and will incorporate workshops and seminars that satisfy the Researcher Development Framework (RDF). The RDF describes a continuum of knowledge, competencies and attributes of researchers as they develop towards becoming highly skilled. It is nationally recognised and encourages researchers to engage in continued personal, professional and career development. The programme continually evolves to meet the needs of our students while supplementing the subject-specific training provided by the academic schools and Specialist Research Institutes within the university.
