Group Study Rooms
The Library has a number of rooms bookable by students who wish to study together as a group - these are within the red zone on Floors 1 and 2, and all contain a networked PC and a whiteboard.
These rooms are available during our core hours, and can be booked online up to a week in advance - as they are in high demand please remember to cancel a booking if your plans change. Rooms can be booked for 1 or 2 hour slots, and each cardholder is allowed a maximum two hours booking a day. If you do not claim your booking within 15 minutes then the room may be used by another group.
Anything else I should know?
- The Code of Conduct applies in Group Study Rooms.
- Please don’t tamper with any computer cables – you cannot connect laptops in these rooms and attempting to do so will only damage equipment.
- Any defects with the room must be reported immediately otherwise faults will be considered your responsibility.
- Please place any books for shelving on the trolley outside the room.
