Subject collections of e-books
We have a number of e-book collections that cover specific subjects as well as two e-book platforms that include wide ranges of titles. These include:
Arts:
20th Century Online
Twentieth-Century Drama contains over 1,900 published plays from throughout the English-speaking world, covering the history of modern drama from the 1890s to the present day. The final version will contain 2,500 plays.
Access is via Literature Online.
Literature Online
Provides over 4200 authoritative profiles of authors, works and literary and historical topics. Lists more than 20,000 works by date, country and genre.
Economics and finance:
Oxford Scholarship Online
Full text of over 300 electronically available volumes for this subject area, including: economic history, macro-and monetary economics, microeconomics and public and welfare. All volumes from v. 1 (1964) onwards.
Maths:
Lecture Notes in Mathematics
Full text of all electronically available volumes. All volumes from v. 1 (1964) onwards.
Computing:
Lecture Notes in Computer Science
Full text of all electronically available volumes. All volumes from vol. 1 (1973) onwards.General reference:
Oxford Reference Online
Full text of over 200 dictionaries and reference works published by Oxford University Press.

Can, in some cases, be used to view online either the complete text or limited extracts from books. Select ‘Full View’ in the advanced search option if you are only interested in ebooks you can view in their entirety. - Project Gutenberg
