Journals
A journal, or periodical, is a publication which is produced on a continuing basis (for example monthly, quarterly or annually) and contains articles written by experts in a particular field of study. Journals can be in print or electronic format.
Finding journal articles
You can use Summon to search for journal articles and other information sources, however, if you want to carry out a more in depth subject search, you may wish to use the native interfaces of databases (consult the Using databases pages for further information).
