My experience includes over 5 years of working as a recruitment consultant within the telecommunications & technology sector. During this time I was responsible for recruiting graduates and senior executives and I feel this experience provides me with a valuable insight into recruitment and selection processes. My background is in IT sales, having started my career working in California within the semiconductor industry.
