Brunel staff

There’s more to the Placement and Careers Centre (PCC) than help with applications and CVs. We provide an extensive and varied events programme and offer advice and guidance for students and graduates on a whole range of topics from career options and planning to succeeding in the recruitment process.

As well as working directly with students and graduates (for up to two years after graduation), PCC supports academic Colleges in their provision of programmes of study which are 'distinctive in their emphasis on employability'. We are always keen to discuss how we can further contribute to this mission and offer a range of other services as well as actively seeking feedback from academic colleagues as to how we can assist within Cchools.

These pages provide an overview of our services, outline the employment outcomes of our graduates, highlight information on the graduate labour market and suggest useful careers resources (including College specific).

In addition, we invite you to view our student success stories via our new iworkat website which features case studies of Brunel students from a variety of degree disciplines who have completed placements or attained graduate positions. In addition, our new site features an iworkglobal section containing profiles of international students working in the UK or students working abroad, and an ihireat section with valuable tips and recruitment advice from a range of employers with whom the Placement and Careers Centre (PCC) has ongoing partnerships.
