The following websites provide job hunting resources for PhD students including CV examples and vacancy sources. - An Academic Career aims to help you if you are interested in becoming an academic, giving information on what academics really do and how people typically enter academic careers.
- National Postgraduate Committee Provides information relating to all aspects of postgraduate study and also has links to a wide range of relevant websites

- What do researchers want to do? The career intentions of doctoral researchers (2012) on the Vitae website gives the views of researchers undertaking a doctorate in the UK
