The Management team are responsible for the strategic planning of the department.
Support current Brunel students in finding part-time work on-campus, in the local area and nationally. The team also act as the HR function for all students employed in on-campus positions.
Work with students on sandwich placement courses to secure 12 month (or two periods of 6 months) accredited work experience, and a selection of Masters courses that includes the opportunity to choose to take a short placement.
A team of Careers Consultants who help students in their career planning and provide resources and workshops to help you recognise and articulate your skills to employers.
The Administration team support the administrative processes of the department and are also responsible for the annual Destinations of Leavers of Higher Education surveys.
Careers Information staff manage the careers information resources of the PDC - the InfoBytes blog, and electronic and traditional library materials.
First point of contact for employers wanting to engage with the PDC. Responsible for organising events on campus such as the Autumn and Summer recruitment fairs, Presentations and the Uncovered and Employer Pop-up events.
Brunel offers a range of language classes to students, staff, members of the public and alumni. Our classes help participants to develop competence in the four key skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Classes are taught by qualified and experienced language teachers who create a fun and stimulating learning environment.
