Profile
Dr Christy Barry is part time administrator on the Family Drug & Alcohol Court Evaluation project funded by the Nuffield Foundation, 2011-2013, with Professor Judith Harwin.
I have been a researcher since the 1980’s – originally in industry and advertising, and since 1990 in academia. I have worked on quantitative and qualitative research projects at King’s College London (1990-1999 & 2008-2009), and Brunel University (1999-2005) in the fields of education, gerontology and healthcare. I am a social scientist with a degree in Psychology, and a PhD in Medical Anthropology/Sociology. I like to work on projects with potential for application and impact in the real world.
