Dr Uday Kishore has been appointed Associate Editor of Frontiers in Immunology

Frontiers in Immunology promises to exert a paradigm shift in immunological publishing. It is a new and novel way to disseminate research findings and facilitate communication, both among scientists as well as the community at large. In the tradition of Sir Edward Jenner, the publishing format is “open access,” meaning that the author pays for the publication rather than the reader, so that the publication is freely available to all - worldwide.

Dr Kishore was awarded an Indian patent with his Indian collaborator, Dr Taruna Madan: Use of formulation comprising human SP-D for therapy and prevention of sexually transmitted infection including HIV
