Physiotherapy
The Physiotherapy Division of the School of Health Sciences and Social Care offers BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and MSc Neurorehabilitation programmes (both these programmes have a full and part time route) and we are delighted to announce that we have approvals in principle to run a pre-reg Masters in Physiotherapy commencing September 2013.
The Division is staffed by enthusiastic lecturers with many years experience delivering our courses. The majority of the team are Registered Physiotherapists and many members of the team continue to practice in the clinical environment as well as lecturing at Brunel. The team is also involved in a wide variety of research and we benefit from both excellent teaching and research facilities. which enhance the teaching and learning experience of our students. We pride ourselves on our excellence in teaching. Perhaps more importantly to our students, our physiotherapy clinicians rate our students very highly in their practical abilities, which has a positive effect on our graduates’ employability.
To summarise the Physiotherapy Division is able to offer courses taught by lecturers with current clinical and research expertise. Therefore we are able to offer our students an excellent education.
We are also pleased to announce we have achieved ‘preferred bidder’ status with NHS London for the provision of physiotherapy pre-registration education and training in London. Click here to read more
