Professional Placements

Brunel University has a strong tradition of placements forming an integral part of its Undergraduate sandwich courses. Through this scheme we deliver diverse, talented and forward-thinking students to the commercial, charitable and public sectors. We are very proud of our award-winning Placement and Careers Centre which was named winner for the third year running at the National Placement and Internship Awards in January 2012.
The School of Information Systems, Computing and Mathematics has a dedicated Placement Officer who can provide expert advice on appropriate recruitment strategies, and help you get the best out of our current student talent. There are also many events organised on campus where employers can meet Brunel students, raise the profile of their organisations and network with other local employers.
How can employers benefit?

When are students available?
Students are typically available for 12-15 month placements from June each year, giving you the opportunity to consider their knowledge and skill range for future graduate recruitment campaigns.
