Sport Scholarships
The School of Sport and Education has a limited number of Sports Scholarships available to performers or coaches in a sport where there are active Brunel teams and who are of International status. Through its Jim Biddle Sports Scholarship Scheme, our School supports the sporting excellence of its students. For a greater impact on the elite athletes programme, it is associated to the Brunel University Sports Scholarship. Sports Scholarships are designed to benefit elite performance athletes by supporting their academic study and sporting commitments simultaneously. They include:
- a financial award and assistance with competition expenses;
- accommodation allocated next to the sports facilities if you choose to live on campus;
- mentoring support on balancing study with training;
- use of sports facilities, including the Indoor Athletics Centre.
