Student Life

The videos below will give you a feel for some of the main aspects of student life at Brunel.

Graduation is an opportunity for everyone - staff, students, and their friends and families - to recognise and celebrate the considerable achievement of earning a degree. This video captures the smiles and sense of triumph that this important event in any student's life always brings.

Lectures provide a broad overview of key concepts and ideas. They provide a framework from which to carry out more in-depth study.

The Lecture Centre is Brunel's central teaching facility and it has seen extensive refurbishment with all teaching areas attractively redecorated, and lecture theatres fitted with high-tech equipment.

Guest Lecture

The Department of Economics and Finance arranges for guest lectures which have proved to be popular with and beneficial for students. This video shows guest lectures we have held in the past.

In your final year you will receive one-to-one supervision for your dissertation. Throughout all levels you will have a personal tutor who is available to help you with academic or personal problems. If you choose to do the four-year sandwich course, you will also be allocated an industrial tutor who will provide you with support when you are on your work placement.

In this video, Professor Iossa conducts a supervision with one of her students.
