The department is home or joint-home to a number of leading journals in history, international relations and politics. These include:
Asian Security . Managing Editor, David Scott;
Journal of Elections, Public Opinion & Parties . Co-Editor, Justin Fisher; and
Radical Philosophy . Chair of the Editorial Collective, Mark Neocleous.
In addition, various staff are on the Editorial Board of journals like Debatte. Journal of Contemporary Central and Eastern Europe (Gareth Dale), Journal of Maltese History (Matthew Hughes), Marxist Interventions (Gareth Dale), and T.E. Lawrence Studies (Matthew Hughes).
