I chose Brunel University because the course looked interesting and the lecturers and students were all very friendly and helpful. I'm a second year Law student and whilst I find the syllabus demanding, I'm thoroughly enjoying the course itself. After University, I plan to become a Contract solicitor and continue my charity work.

I am the current President of Brunel Law Society and have achieved a lot by being involved in the society. I am also on the Dance Club committee and am a Law School representative during University open days. I teach GCSE maths in Southall on Mondays and my main project is charity work. I am raising £2,100 for Childreach International to help build schools and educational facilities in Nepal.

I recommend that all students should get involved in as many extra-curricular activities as possible; I have developed as a person and am doing things I'd never have imagined having the opportunity to do. I would also recommend that students take full advantage of the Placement and Careers Service at Brunel because they are fantastic and are always a lot of help. I have regular meetings with them to improve my CV and Placement applications.
