Paris 2003 IAAF World Athletics Championships

I rode my bike from London down through Canterbury to Dover. I caught a ferry across to Calais, then rode down to Boulogne-sur-Mer. Here is a view of the white cliffs of Dover from the ferry.

This is me outside the cathedral of Boulogne. I caught a train from Boulogne to Paris.

View of the stadium for the Men's Pole Vault Qualification. I was staying in a backpackers in north east Paris and rode to the track (Stade de France) every day. Riding was quicker than catching the Metro.
