Biography

Lieutenant Harry Clapham Smith attended Borough Road College from 1937 to 1939. He was a school Teacher in Monmouthshire before joining the Royal Artillery. After being injured in Holland Lieutenant Smith crossed the Rhine with his Regiment. Unfortunately, Lieutenant Smith died in Holland just five months before the end of the war. He is buried at Hanover War Cemetery.
