James Ross - Director

James took up the post as BPACHS Director in September 2020. A highly experienced NHS manager and qualified nurse, James has experience in operational delivery, policy development, governance, strategy, and continuous service Improvement.

Professor Cherry Kilbride - Director of Research

Cherry is a Professor of Neurorehabilitation, and pathway lead for the ACP (Advanced Clinical Practice) MSc Neurorehabilitation in the Department of Health Sciences. Cherry is an active proponent of developing capacity and capability for Allied Health Professional clinical research.

Dr Gabriella Spinelli - Director of Innovation and Digital Health

Gabriella is an established multidisciplinary researcher with more than 20 years’ experience in all aspect of the design innovation process, from planning to dissemination. Her focus is to create and support products and digital service innovation in the healthcare sector underpinned by robust Human Factors and Design Thinking knowledge.

Gurnam Selvarajah - Director of Digital Health and Innovation Partnerships

Gurnam leads on the strategic development of partnerships between academia and industry, developing models for enhancing digital health systems and processes, and delivering innovative solutions to health service challenges.
