January Welcome Programme and Airport Welcome Service
As an international student you will be invited to attend our one day January Welcome Programme (for Home/EU and International students) on Friday 11 January 2019, 10:00 to 13:00. Campus and Uxbridge walking tours are available after 13:00.
This programme is an excellent way for you to become part of our thriving student community and gain all of the information you need to start successfully at Brunel. We can even meet you at the airport via our Airport Welcome Service to help you get to campus and your room as quickly as possible.

We offer a free Airport Welcome Service on Thursday 10 January 2019 between 8:30 and 17:30 at Heathrow Airport (only) for new EU/International students. The deadline to book this service is Friday 4 January 2019.
How the Airport Welcome Service works:
Meet our friendly International Ambassadors in the arrivals area of Heathrow Terminal 2 – look out for their sign and their blue t-shirts.
Our International Ambassadors will help you meet your taxi driver and explain where to drop you off at Brunel. The taxi ride itself will be short and there is no cost to you as long as you have signed up for the Heathrow Airport Welcome Service above.
You will be dropped off at the Brunel campus and will be met by International Ambassadors to help you move in.
Important information: The Airport Welcome Service is only available from 08:30-17:30. Outside of these times, you will need to make your own way to campus and gain access to your room by visiting Security located in the Wilfred Brown Building. You can sign-up for this service here.

Free to attend for all students. All you need to pay for are the extra night(s) in accommodation.
If you have been allocated a room on campus please let our accommodation team know you will be arriving early. There will be an extra charge for your additional nights’ stay.

If you are currently studying on a pre-sessional course at Brunel University London, unfortunately you are not eligible to register for our International Student Orientation Programme. But don’t worry – it’s almost the same as the orientation you had when you first arrived (campus and Uxbridge tours, registration, etc.).
Foundation and Pre-Master’s students
If you are arriving in September to study a Foundation or Pre-Master’s course, the London Brunel International College (LBIC) will be running a separate orientation. Click here for more information.
