  • 7 Sep 2020

    Fresher deadline

    Deadline for freshers who hold a course offer to submit an online application for accommodation for session 2020/21 (students are required to hold an unconditional offer to be provided with campus accommodation).

  • 6 or 16 Sep 2020

    Vacating day (PG contracts)

    All students who hold a postgraduate length contract for session 2019/20 are required to vacate their campus room by 10am on this date (check your contract for details).

  • 13 Sep 2020 to 20 Sep 2020

    Move in day

    Arrival date for new and returning students living in campus accommodation.

  • 20 Sep 2020

    Late arrival deadline

    Last day for students who have already accepted their Licence Agreement with a start date of 13 September 2020 and paid their deposit to contact Accommodation Centre in writing with details of late arrival. If no contact is made by this date the room will be re-allocated and the deposit will not be refunded.

    Payment date

    Payment date for the fourth instalment of accommodation fees for session 2019/20 postgraduate/research January starter contracts only and the first instalment of accommodation fees for session 2020/21 September arrivals.

  • Dec 2020

    2021/22 accommodation applications

    Returning undergraduates, returning postgraduates and researchers will be invited to apply for 2021/22 campus accommodation.

  • Jan / Feb 2021

    New student application invites

    New students will receive an invite to apply for a campus room by email. This email will also contain your Brunel Student Number.

  • 20 Jan 2021

    Payment date

    Payment date for the second instalment of accommodation fees for session 2020/21.

  • TBC Jan 2021

    Returner applications 2021/22

    Deadline date for returning students to apply for campus accommodation for session 2021/22.

  • TBC Feb 2021

    Provisional allocations 2021/22

    Provisional allocations for session 2021/22 will be announced, successful returning students will receive a text and email confirmation of the type of room that has been allocated (ie ensuite or standard). Group request applications will now be open for returning students for session 2021/22.

  • TBC Feb 2021

    Group applications 2021/22

    Deadline for group request applications for returning students for session 2021/22.

  • TBC Mar 2021

    Halls of Residences allocations 2021/22

    Allocations of Halls of Residences will be announced to all successful returning students for session 2021/22.

    Payment date

    Payment date for the third instalment of accommodation fees for session 2020/21.

  • 6 Jun 2021
