Payment date for final rent instalment of 2017/18 accommodation fees for postgraduate contract length only.

Sunday 10am 10 June 2018

All students who hold an undergraduate length contract for session 2017/18 are required to vacate their campus room by this date.

Tuesday 31 July 2018

Deadline for studio flat and LBIC returning students application for session 2018/19.

Thursday 30 August 2018 

Deadline for freshers who hold a course offer to submit an online applicaiton for accommodation  for session 2018/19 (students are required to hold an unconditional offer to be provided with campus accommodation).

Sunday 10am 9 September 2018

All students who hold a postgraduate length contract for session 2017/18 are required to vacate their campus room by this date.

Arrival date for new LBIC students living in campus accommodation.

Sunday 16 September 2018

Arrival date for new and returning students living in campus accommodation. The last day of undergraduate Licence Agreement is 10am 9 June 2019. The last day of postgraduate Licence Agreement is 10am 8 September 2019.

Sunday 23 September 2018

Last day for students who have already accepted their Licence Agreement with a start date of 16 September 2018 and paid their booking fee to contact Accommodation Services in writing with details of late arrival. If no contact is made by this date the room will be re-allocated and the booking fee will not be refunded.

Payment date for the first instalment of accommodation fees for session 2018/19.

December 2018

Returning undergraduates, returning postgraduates and researchers will be invited to apply for 2019/20 campus accommodation.

January/February 2019

New students will receive an invite to apply for a campus room by email. This email will also contain your Brunel Student Number.

Payment date for the second instalment of accommodation fees for session 2018/19.

Deadline date for returning students to apply for campus accommodation for session 2019/20.

Tuesday 12 February 2019

Provisional allocations for session 2019/20 will be announced, successful returning students will recieve a text and email confirmation of the type of room that has been allocated (ie ensuite or standard). Group request applications will now be open for returning students for session 2019/20.

Tuesday 26 February 2019

Deadline for group request applications for returning students for session 2019/20.

Tuesday 26 March 2019

Allocations of Halls of Residences will be announced to all successful returning students for session 2019/20.

Payment date for the third instalment of accommodation fees for session 2018/19.
