This property is a new instruction, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is managed by Brunel Student Lettings. We offer a 51 week contract with a low deposit, but would be prepared to negotiate on the contract length as the contract starts in January.
We do not request guarantors, reference checks or administration fees and you will deal with Brunel Student lettings directly throughout your stay for queries or repairs. You will also have access to out of hours support provided by the 24 hour campus Security Office.
