Ceremony Dates and Times

Brunel University London - Summer Graduation 2023

Summer 2023 will be held on our Campus in Uxbridge. The dates of your Graduation ceremony can be found in the table below.

The eVision task where you can accept your invitation will be live from week commencing 20 February, you will receive an invitation email with all of the information you need.

Graduation registration opens two hours before the ceremony begins. Students will need to be at the venue to confirm attendance and allow time for gown collection and photography.

All tickets (student & guests) are to be collected in person by the student at Registration on the day of the ceremony. The doors to the theatre will be open an hour before the ceremony starts. Guests will not be permitted to enter the theatre after the ceremony has started.

Each ceremony lasts for an average of 90 minutes. You are not allowed to bring food and drink (apart from bottled water) into the theatre.

Don't worry if friends and family are unable to attend in person, ceremonies will be live streamed and also available for re-watching after the event.
