A gentle mind-body approach to exercise aiming to create muscle balance, core stability and maintain mobility in joints

BODYATTACK combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to give an all-body cardio workout for all abilities

A Yoga class that will improve, strength, flexibility and posture
