A gentle mind-body approach to exercise aiming to create muscle balance, core stability and maintain mobility in joints

Mon 8.30am & Wed 1.15pm

BodyAttack

BODYATTACK running, lunging, jumping with strength exercises for an all-body cardio workout

Mon 12.30pm & Thurs 5.15pm

Yoga

A Yoga class that will improve, strength, flexibility and posture

Tues 1pm & Wed 6pm

BodyCombat

A combat session focusing on all techniques to achieve both a cardio and combat workout

Zumba

Dance to music for a cardiovascular fitness session!
