All international and EU students are invited to attend our three-day Orientation Programme from Friday 13 - Sunday 15 September.

The International Orientation Programme aims to give you the best start to life in the UK and study at Brunel University London. We can even meet you at the airport via our Airport Welcome Service to help you get to campus and your room as quickly as possible.

If you will be arriving in the UK after Friday 13 September, don’t worry! There will be a designated Welcome Guide in the Student Centre that can assist you with any questions you have on arrival.

Find out more about the International Orientation Programme and Airport Welcome Service below.

For practical information and insight on UK education for international students visit British Council - Study UK.

Please Note: If you will be arriving early to attend the International Orientation Programme, you can request to move into your accommodation early by completing the early request form online here.

Once you have submitted your request form and made payment, you will receive confirmation from the Residences Team.

*Pre-sessional Students

If you are currently studying on a pre-sessional English course at Brunel University London, unfortunately you are not eligible to register for our International Student Orientation Programme. But don’t worry – it’s almost the same as the orientation you had when you first arrived (campus and Uxbridge tours, registration, etc.).

**Foundation and Pre-Master’s students

If you are arriving in September to study a Foundation or Pre-Master’s course, the London Brunel International College (LBIC) will be running a separate orientation. Click here for more information.
