If you’re living on campus or within the surrounding area of the University, you are encouraged to register with our on campus Medical Centre where our team of doctors and nurses can look after you should you become unwell.
We are a NHS general medical practice established since 1982, based on campus in modern and disabled-friendly premises.
We offer general medical care, both to the local non-student population and to all those Brunel students living either on the Uxbridge campus or within our extensive practice area. International students are also able to access care which is payment free at the point of care.
If you are away from home and away from your existing doctor, we cannot stress strongly enough how important it is for you to register with us whilst you are studying at Brunel University in order that our team of doctors and nurses can look after you if you are unwell.
You will also be able to access covid vaccination free of charge from our medical team. Because of the recommended eight week gap between vaccine doses, we strongly encourage you to get at least one jab before you arrive and our medical team will provide the other. However, we are able to provide both if you arrive without vaccination. It is important to stay up to date with the guidance regarding vaccines in your country of origin before you arrive.
