On Tuesday 20 February nine pioneering speakers will be delivering inspiring talks on their vision of the future of humanity. Our speakers are a mix of students, staff and local people, including Baroness Warsi and they will be sharing their ideas on veganism, religion, politics, technology and the world’s first adjustable-size shoe! You can look forward to hearing from these speakers: Councillor Reena Ranger: Power of connectivity Councillor Mete Coban: Rise of youth involvement in politics Satish Sharma: The role of religion amongst the youth Baroness Warsi: Ethnic diversity in the UK, how can it benefit Britain post-Brexit? Sarah Devos: Veganism Dhamen Khanna: ROCK – Return on choice Faisal Tayan: Shoes for refugees Ryan Raghoo: Enabled not Disabled Tickets are £15 for staff abd £10 for students and you will also get a free drink and a chance to sample our vegan buffet.
