Online Gym Session - Yoga

Yoga with Kelly on Wednesday at 5pm 

Brunel Sports Team will be runnning a series of online gym sessions, publishing weekly excersies for people to do at home. 

Take an hour to focus on your physical and mental wellbeing in the yoga session with Kelly, which will improve your strength, flexibility and posture.
