Training for All: Employability Skills for Industry 4.0

TrainingForAll_WebBanner

Brunel University London and IIT Delhi carried out extensive research into employability capabilities of HE/FE students and the skills they need in an ever-changing job market. Two key findings emerged from our research: i) employability skills programmes often neglect the requirements of students with additional needs, and ii) critical skills to succeed in the emergent era of Industry 4.0 are lacking.

This training programme offers an integrated life-skills development programme that covers five essential Industry 4.0 skills: Communication, Social, Teamworking and Interpersonal, Leadership and Problem-solving skills. This programme emphasizes different pedagogical strategies that facilitate learning through engagement.
