Brunel Bonfire Night and Fireworks Display 2019

We are proud to be hosting one of the largest fireworks displays in Uxbridge. 

After a decade of hosting one of the largest fireworks displays in the Hillingdon area for our local community, we are proud to welcome you to our Uxbridge campus on Tuesday 5 November for what promises to be a night to remember. Titanium Fireworks will be working with us this year, the team do national events including London New Year and Edinburgh Hogmanay so we are looking forward to a stunning display. The display will take place in our Sports Park.  

Advanced tickets

  • Adult £5*  \ Child £4* \ Family £16* (2 adult 2 child) \ Student £4.50 * plus online booking fee
  • Fast track wrist bands with no booking fee are available when you purchase your ticket on campus. Visit one of our reception desks to guarantee quickest entry to the event:
    • Eastern Gateway Building (Main Reception) - cash only: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
    • Sport Centre: 7am - 11pm on weekdays / 9am - 7 pm on weekends
    • Student Union - cash only: 9.30am - 5.30pm
    • Cash Office: 9.15am - 4.15pm Monday - Friday

Enter the competition to win a pair of tickets by sharing our Twitter, Facebook or Instagram Fireworks social media posts or tagging a friend of yours. All entries must be posted by 7am Monday 21 October and we will contact the 5 lucky winners by direct message to claim your pair of tickets.

#BrunelFireworks competition terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is Brunel University London.
  2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  5. Closing date for entry will be 7am Monday 21 October 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  6. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received by the closing date: 7am Monday 21 October 2019. 
  7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  8. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter/Facebook/Snapchat within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  10. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe event outside of the promoter’s control.
  12. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
  16. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Approximate timings: 

  • Doors open at 5.30pm
  • Bonfire lighting 6:30pm
  • Firework display: 7:00pm

Free parking on a first come first served basis is available on our campus from 4pm. Please note it is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Sports Park from the main campus. Remember to allow extra time to make your way to the event. If you choose to use public transportation, you will be pleased to know that buses U1, U2, U4 and U7 stop by the Brunel Sports Park. Games and activities

There will be plenty of entertainment and activities for all the family as well as our mini-market with a variety of stalls providing refreshments and glow sticks


Food and drink

We have a great selection of food this year including a hog roast, burgers, hotdogs, loaded fries, a special vegan pop up!

On the night

Do bring and have your tickets ready
