Stars of the BBC3 comedy series Cuckoo made a splash on campus as scenes for the new series were filmed around Brunel.
More than 60 cast and crew filmed across five days, at locations including the pond, Sports Centre car park and the Academy.
Central to the storyline was an electric car, which was parked on a specially constructed steel deck island within the pond, and prosthetic ducks, replacing Brunel’s regular aquatic lifeforms - which were carefully removed while filming took place.
The third series of Cuckoo, starring Brunel University London alumnus Greg Davies, will be aired later this year.
