Dr Dimitrios Giannoulopoulos, Senior Lecturer of Law at Brunel University London, and founder of the Britain in Europe think-tank, based at Brunel, has written a blog for the website Fair Trials on the implementation of a ruling from the Court of Human Rights, in Strasbourg, on a person’s right to access a lawyer whilst held in police custody.
