Details of the Charity:

Who are we?  Our members are enthusiastic men and women who want to make a difference, and we come from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups.  We are affiliated to the National and International Rotary Club organisations. 

We aim: To be a force for good in and around the London Borough of Hillingdon where we seek to engage with our community.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:













One of our biggest fundraisers, this year supporting Michael Sobell House and london’s Air Ambulance as our lead charities.

We are looking for volunteers 6pm for a maximum of 3 hours each evening to accompany Santa and his ‘sleigh’ around Ickenham/North Hillingdon.  There is a different route each evening.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety by watching out for traffic and for excited children, collecting cash donations in a bucket, advising people of online/mobile/card donation options. 

You can volunteer for one evening or for several evenings, it’s up to you.


Skills Required:

Enthusiastic and willing to help.  A reasonable level of physical fitness.  You will be on your feet constantly and will walk a significant distance.

You are advised to dress for winter weather conditions and may wish to wear a festive hat.  A high vis vest will be provided.
