The SOM is the largest nationally recognised professional organisation for individuals with an interest in health and work. SOM is a charity acts as a national voice for occupational health, engaging with government and policy makers to increase awareness of the role of occupational health. Our Patrons are Lord Blunkett, Dame Carol Black and Sir Norman Lamb.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:
1) Support with administrative tasks, including those related to the SOM Communications and events
2)Event administration, including registration of delegates for events and conferences, keeping accurate delegate lists, and setting up events on EventBrite
3)Generate and email CPD certificates and event receipts; email invoices to delegates
4)Update and maintain the OH Nurse Connect mailing list
5)Participate in and learn from SOM member meetings
6)The opportunity to participate in and learn about SOM communications initiatives such as social media
