Trinity Homeless Projects- Multiple roles

Details of the Charity:

Trinity was registered in April 2007, by our founder and CEO Steve Hedley. We provide day services, housing, coaching, training, work placements and support to move-on. This year we have a staff team of 40 and will house 275 people.

We offer the stability of a home, the affirming approach of support workers and coaches who work with people on an individual basis. Our aim is to see people no longer on the streets, and living independent, fulfilled lives.

We work with the local community through business, education and faith groups who support us in a variety of ways, not least by attending and  volunteering at The Big Sleepout in November.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

The Big SleepOut is as much about raising awareness and having an impact on people, as it is about raising money. Everybody knows that it’s nowhere near as bad as being street homeless. But when the lights go out, and you’re alone in your cardboard box with a sleeping bag and (hopefully) a woolly hat, you suddenly feel very alone and very vulnerable.

We have a number of roles available from site set-up and registration to selling merchandise and serving at the bar.
