Yiewsley & West Drayton Foodbank - Volunteer

Details of the Charity:

Our aim is the prevention or relief of poverty in Yiewsley, West Drayton and the Heathrow Villages in particular and the surrounding area but not exclusively by providing emergency food supplies, support and advice, to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty. And where individuals wish or desire, share the Christian faith in a sensitive and appropriate manner.

We don't think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That's why we will provide three days' nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
