Research area(s)
My primary research focus is on the cultivation of organizational compassion, which I am currently studying as a critical missing factor in most programs aiming to address the persistent problem of workplace bullying.
Research Interests
I have a keen interest in human well-being, flourishing and social justice, and my research is concerned with positive organizational practices such as humility, psychological safety, paradox transcendence, and love.

2019 - $72,000 grant from the Sydney Health District for Compassion Project aimed at addressing workplace bullying by enhancing organizational compassion.
2019 - $20,000 from LiveBetter, for a project titled “Cultivating Workplace Compassion”
2018 - CBSI grant of $8000 for development of WellCom (Wellbeing and Compassion Research Network).
2018 - $25,000 from Sydney Water to complete their project on developing effective wellbeing metrics.
2017 - UTS Business School Research Grants Scheme - $12,050 for a research project titled ‘Addressing workplace bullying through organizational compassion’ (with Dr Far-Wharton),
2015 - MDG Research Development Grant - $8922 for a research project titled ‘Virtues of Finance’.
