Dr Arun Rajendran

Summary

Dr Rajendran is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he also serves as the Endoscopy Training Lead.

Dr Rajendran is a highly experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist specialising in therapeutic endoscopy, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). He holds a postgraduate research MD from King's College London (2020) focusing on the learning curve of colonoscopic polypectomy.

Dr Rajendran has an active commitment to education, holding a PG Certificate in Medical Education and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His pedagogical focus at Brunel is centered on developing and delivering engaging learning experiences as the TBL Lead and supporting students as a House Tutor.

He is actively involved in promoting quality education and training nationally and internationally, contributing as a council member of the Royal Society of Medicine (Gastroenterology) and a British Society of Gastroenterology (Colorectal committee)
