Summary

Module Leader, Strategic Design Management and Co-module Tutor/Asessor on Design Futures with John Boult. Chris grdautated from Bolton College of Art & Design (now Bolton University) in the 1960s and has spent over 40 years in the design business as commmunications designer, design manager, corporate branding consultant and freelance consultant advising on on design management and corporate branding subjects. Employers and clients have included British Airways, Venice-Simplon Orient Express, Sealink, P&O Ferries, Amadeus Airline Systems, Boeing Aircraft Corporation and the Springpoint Consultancy (now Futurebrand). He has been involved in Higher Education since 2003 and has worked at Bath Spa University, University College for the Creative Arts, University of the Arts London and, of course, Brunel.

Responsibility

Member of the four-strong MA Design Team, specialising in Strategic Design Management and supporting delivery of the Design Futures module,  teaching the MA Design & Branding Strategy & Design Strategy & Innovation students, giving lectures & workshops, setting and assessing assignments, arranging guest lectures and tutoring/supervising students with their major projects through to completion of dissertations
