Summary

Dana Maki is a Senior Lecturer in the Physiotherapy Division of the College of Health and Life Sciences. She is also the programme leader for the MSc in Physiotherapy with specialism in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation or Neurorehabilitation (a Transnational Education Degree delivered by Brunel University at Ahlia University in Bahrain).

Dana is a Specialist Musculoskeletal and Pain Physiotherapist. Prior to joining Brunel in 2018, she worked as a Clinical Team Leader for Camden MSK Community Services (Connect). Her previous clinical experiences also includes working with Camden Pain Assessment and Management Service (CPAMS) and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH).

Qualifications

2016: PhD in Physiotherapy - Health & Social Care Research (King's College London). 

2016: PGCert in Academic Practice for Higher Education (King's Learning Institute). Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. 

2009: MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Sciences (University College London). 

2008: BSc (hons) Physiotherapy (University of Birmingham)
