I am a passionate scientist with aptitudes for leadership and management. My vision of research is a business oriented one that aims at providing tangible solutions for a sustainable future.
I currently help UK and European companies to conceive new business areas and technologies that will be able to tackle the market needs in the short-term future based on the innovation paths outlined by nowadays research perspectives. In these activities, I work in teams composed of industrial specialists, other technical consultants and managers of several divisions such as R&D, product, and business development.
Moreover, in my hands-on research duties, I lead a small team of engineers and technicians and I assist the Director of Research Centre in the management of UK and EU projects.
