Research Interests
Jamie’s main research interests are safeguarding and child protection in sport. More specific areas of his research interests are detailed below:
- Safety culture in sport
- Evidencing the impact of safeguarding
- Managing safeguarding cases
- The participation of children who have additional vulnerabilities/disabilities in sport
- Maltreatment of athletes – welfare/wellbeing
