Summary

Nadine Bloomfield is the Senior Department Administrator for the Brunel Business School.

She is the focal point of contact for the School’s staff and provide a wide-ranging high-level administrative support across the School that includes the co-ordination of the budgeting and resource administration, personnel/HR matters, student & staff event and conference support as well as the support requirements of the School, including secretarial support to the Dean of School​.

Her previous roles within Brunel were as a Brunel Hive administrator and Senior Administrator -MBA, Ranking and Alumni. I originally come from a hospitality background with over 20 years of experience in Event Management.​

Responsibility

Her role involves:

-Being the focal point for the School’s staff and provide a wide-ranging high-level administrative support across the School that includes the co-ordination of the budgeting and resource administration, personnel/HR matters, student & staff event and conference support as well as the support requirements of the School, including secretarial support to the Dean of School.

This involves close liaison with the College Finance & Business Operations Manager, College Education Manager, College Activities Manager, the College Research Manager and the College Services Manager and their teams. Alongside the College staff, there will be co-ordination and liaison with the Research Institute Manager (where applicable) as well as the services provided by the University HR and Finance Business Partners and staff allocated to each College.
