I am a third year Doctoral Researcher within the Centre for Cognitive Neuroscience. My project looks at how cummulative cardiovascular risk factors impacts aging, specifically in populations such as those with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer's Disease (AD). I will be using multi-modal imaging along with lifestyle factors, genetics and neuropsychological test scores to understand the impact of vascular burden on brain structure as well as function.
