This expertise is applicable to many aspects of ‘health’ in its broadest sense and covers health research, health promotion, public health, health care law and ethics, health and social policy, and health services research and health economics.
We offer postgraduate courses in, public health and health promotion.
Our Public Health and Health Promotion MSc is of interest to a wide range of professionals working in health and social care, local government, education and the voluntary sector. Graduates are prepared for a career as health promotion specialists and public health practitioners and/or researchers.
Our PhD courses provide students with opportunities to work towards a research project to consolidate their knowledge and skills in a specific area of public health.
