ACCA / ESRC Business Case for Diversity
In today’s business environment, diversity is not a choice but a reality due to the radical transformation of the workforce and consumer base in the last decades and the forecasted demographic pressures due to talent shortages in key industries and ageing population. However, the way diversity is managed is a strategic choice for the firms with significant consequences for business performance at multiple levels.
The proposed project aims to identify the business case for diversity management. The proposed project responds to the call by ACCA and the ESRC for generating the required evidence base on the business case for diversity management for organisations to inform and support their diversity policies and practices
