Autoignition and Turbulent Flame Structure of Jets under Cross Flow Conditions

The impact of thermos-physical-chemical property variations of drop-in-fuels on mixing, ignition and flame structure will be rigorously investigated under cross-flow conditions using various optical and laser diagnostics methods. Candidates who are interested in this research must be highly motivated, organised, ambitious with good communication skills and having a First or Upper-second class honours degree in Physics or any relevant engineering field. The ability to work independently with experiments and having experience with Matlab programming is desirable.
